I found this incredibly fun fabric... with the smocking done already...so all I had to do in order to make it into a dress for my munchkin was to add grosgrain ribbon straps & stitch up the back seam. This is the easiest thing I think I've ever sewn! It took less than 20 minutes!
I'm working on a flower wreath crown now to complete the outfit!
