Raindrops on roses
and whiskers on kittens

Bright copper kettles

and warm woolen mittens

Brown paper packages

tied up with strings

These are a few of my favorite things
Cream colored ponies

and crisp apple strudels
Doorbells and sleighbells and schnitzel with noodles
Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings

These are a few of my favorite things
Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes

Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes
Silver white winter that melts into spring

These are a few of my favorite things!
When the dog bites

When the bee stings

When I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things and then I don't feel...so bad!

You are SO AWESOME!

I was using those words of that wonderful song to cheer a friend up last week who had a terrible day with people who were being mean and nasty, and I couldn't remember the words!

Thanks for the shout out!

We had a death in our family this week and it has nearly derailed me so this cheered me up more than you can possibly possibly know!

You are an incredible blessing and a leader in your field. One day I want to interview you for my blog. Would you be interested?

After the holidays, of COURSE!

Merry Merry Christmas to you and yours!
